Terms of Service

Swiss PvP is a community-run FiveM server. This website is the official store of the community. Payments, invoicing and delivery are processed by Tebex, our authorised reseller and merchant of record.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. If you use a payment method that is not yours, your order may be cancelled and your account suspended.

All packages are digital, non-physical, in-game benefits or cosmetic content usable only on the Swiss PvP server. You are purchasing a revocable licence to use that content on our server — not ownership, real-world value, or any transferable asset.

Content, prices and package contents can change or be retired at any time as the server is balanced and updated.

Delivery is automatic and normally instant after payment is confirmed. You must provide a valid game account and Discord ID at checkout; incorrect information may delay or prevent delivery. If a package has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us on Discord.

Purchasing a package does not exempt you from the server rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, advertising, or abuse of staff can lead to a ban. Bans issued for rule breaking do not entitle you to a refund and any active benefits are forfeited.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us results in an immediate and permanent ban from the server and the store, plus a Tebex-level payment block.

We provide the server and store on a best-effort basis, without guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted access. The server may be modified, wiped or shut down at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned.
