Privacy Policy

Store usage: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site online and secure.

Orders: your game account identifier (provided through the Tebex login), your Discord ID, the packages purchased, and the order reference.

Payment data: card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Tebex and its payment providers. We never see or store your full payment details.

To deliver the packages you buy, to provide support, to prevent fraud and chargeback abuse, and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Tebex (payments, invoicing and delivery), our game server hosting provider, and Discord when you contact support or receive a role. We do not sell your data.

Order records are kept for as long as required for support, fraud prevention and legal bookkeeping. Technical logs are kept for a short period only.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Deletion requests may remove in-game benefits linked to your account.

The store uses only cookies and local storage needed to keep your basket and session working. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
